I've never run a half marathon before. Is this for me?
Absolutely. We have beginner plans starting from as little as 15–20 minutes of running per week, building you up safely over 16 weeks.
What if my race is less than 12 weeks away?
We can generate compressed plans from as short as 8 weeks, though we'll flag if your timeline may be too aggressive based on your current fitness.
Can I adjust the plan after it's generated?
Yes. You can move sessions between days, skip a week, or regenerate with different inputs at any time.
Is this really free?
